The check in was a bit troublesome (they pointed me at the wrong room so I had to walk back to the reception and take another key). They apologise profusely and even offered a complementary fruit basket. When in the room there was a used towel on the bathroom floor but when I asked the reception they immediately came and clean the whole bathroom again. It’s very crowded with families and kids and the breakfast buffet is fine but a lot of waste is n the plates of the guests. Basically impossible to find a subbed since people leave their towels in the morning before going for breakfast to keep the place: I encourage the hotel to stop these behaviours (for example taking away all the towels without guests).

The pace is built for great family time . Slides and pool want else can you ask for . Massive family rooms and such great location to night market beach and shopping . Staff are excellent Keaw was amazing in the breakfast restaurant thanks and can’t wait to comeback

Good location near the beach and to good restorant, 7/24 near. Very good service with a smile, special the team of patty, natty and merilin.

下次一定要好好入住 享受spa 位置距離沙灘很近 100m吧 房間很寬敞 我們選了上下+大床四人入住 泳池很大 slide看起來很爽 早餐一般 其他都很滿意

酒店的滑梯YYDS 親子首選 雖然房間設施差國內同級別酒店有點多 但是勝在還算乾凈 酒店的服務也很好 孩子很喜歡滑梯想多玩會給前臺説 幫我們免費延遲一小時退房 早餐白人飯 但是孩子確實非常喜歡酒店的玩水設施

愉快的旅行和入住體驗 前臺小姐姐kaimook看我一個人帶孩子 給我升級了位置特別好的一棟樓 距離大門 餐廳最近 還是4樓中間 可以看見園區里面 景色超美 很安靜 這酒店的位置也很好 從大門走到海邊2分鐘 門口街道有馬殺** 好吃的餐廳 賣紀念品 711 全有 還有公家車 肯定不是那種奢華型新就酒店 但是這個價位的酒店我感覺還是很滿意的
